How to Prepare Peppermint:
Heat water (filtered if possible) to boiling or 212˚F, let it cool slightly to around 200˚F, and add one rounded teaspoon of loose leaves per cup (apprx. 8 ounces). Infuse the leaves for 3 to 4 minutes depending on taste preference. Add sweetener if desired.
