Heat water (filtered, if possible) to a boil, and allow to cool slightly, add one rounded teaspoon of loose leaves per cup (apprx. 8 ounces). Infuse the leaves for 3 to 4 minutes depending on taste preference. Add sugar or sweetener if desired.
