

The first white teas of the year properly stand on their own as exceptional teas that should be appreciated naturally without additional flavoring. As harvests go later into the spring and summer the tea leaves for a white tea have a stronger body and floral note perfect for blending. This Peach Blossom White tea is hand-blended with the natural essences of summer peaches and tangerines. The flavor of sweet peaches is well balanced with accents of fresh citrus and the floral character of the white tea.
Heat water (filtered if possible) to a boil and let cool to around 180˚F before adding one well rounded teaspoon of loose tea per cup (apprx. 8 ounces). Infuse for 4–5 minutes depending on taste preference. May be infused a second and sometimes third time. Delicious as a hot or iced tea that requires no additional sweetening.
